Coty has agreed to sell The Healing Garden and Calgon brands for $125 million to Ascendia Brands, Inc., a Hamilton, NJ health and beauty products company formerly known as Lander Co. According to Ascendia, the acquisition will nearly double its annual revenue to about $200 million.
